Artisan Baking Company in Fort Worth is having a Baking 101 Hands On Workshop this Saturday and a Brunch Treats Hands On Cooking Class this Sunday.
Focusing on good technique, this class covers measuring and the three major mixing methods for sweet and savory baking. This is the class to take if you’re just getting started in baking, want a refresher course in the basics, or simply want to improve your overall baking skills. Includes a discussion on ingredients, including leavening agents for quick breads. Students will practice their skills by making muffins, biscuits and cookies. $60.
